About the Role
Clutch is hiring a Vehicle Inspector for its reconditioning facility. This position suits someone reliable, customer-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment with clear performance targets. The role requires evening availability and follows a Monday to Thursday schedule from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, with a shift premium of $1.50 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Check incoming vehicles for body damage, cleanliness, and mechanical concerns.
- Flag issues that do not meet Clutch’s quality standards.
- Safely move, start, and park vehicles across the lot as needed.
- Record inspection findings through checklists and digital systems.
- Work closely with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to keep vehicle movement efficient.
- Handle basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle problems.
- Maintain an orderly workspace and consistently follow safety rules.
What We’re Looking For
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, good organization, and a collaborative mindset.
- A valid G2 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Ability to commute to Mississauga.
- Availability for a full-time 40-hour workweek, with overtime when business demands require it.
Nice to Have
- Experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse settings.
- Experience using Google Sheets or similar digital tools.
- Comfort with driving manual transmission vehicles.

Compensation & Benefits
The role pays $20.00 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour evening shift premium. Benefits begin on day one and include comprehensive healthcare, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, and dependent coverage.
