This position combines creative design and technical execution, influencing how MESHKI customers engage with the brand online. The role demands balancing attractive design with functional quality to maintain a premium user experience and drive commercial results. Key Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to enhance the customer journey across all territories.
  • Maintain a scalable design system covering typography, UI components, and interaction patterns.
  • Identify conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities by analyzing user behavior, heatmaps, and testing data.
  • Conduct A/B testing and translate findings into actionable design enhancements.
  • Manage comprehensive website quality assurance (QA) across all storefronts prior to release.
  • Verify functionality, content accuracy, and interactive elements against approved designs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address and re-test issues efficiently.
  • Monitor post-launch site performance to identify and resolve user experience problems.
  • Support compliance with accessibility standards and ensure mobile-first design practices across the Australian, US, and UK markets.
  • Work closely with eCommerce, development, and marketing teams to align with campaign and sales strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven UX/UI design expertise supported by a strong portfolio, ideally involving eCommerce or luxury digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with QA processes including bug tracking, testing methodologies, and pre-launch approvals.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design software, along with experience managing comprehensive design systems.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization concepts, A/B testing tools, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar.
  • Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and mobile-first design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across multiple international markets, adapting to local preferences and requirements.
