Key responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment process for US-based openings, from sourcing candidates through screening, interviewing, and final selection.
• Work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and senior stakeholders to keep the hiring process aligned and effective.
• Use ATS tools, job portals, and social media channels to find talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Apply a working understanding of US hiring norms and employment practices while supporting recruitment decisions.
• Organize and prioritize multiple open roles, ensuring hiring needs are met within target timelines.

Qualifications

• Prior exposure to end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate shortlisting for US-based positions.
• Clear and confident communication skills, along with strong interpersonal ability to coordinate across teams and with candidates.
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment outreach and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with basic US employment practices and hiring standards.
• Good planning, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage several requisitions at once and stay on schedule.
