Job Overview

The role requires a driven US Engineering Recruiter to identify and hire engineering talent for our US-based clients. Candidates must possess deep experience in engineering recruitment, familiarity with the US hiring environment, and be adept in sourcing and managing candidates through various recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified engineering professionals via LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job portals, employee referrals, and Boolean search methods.
• Recruit for a variety of engineering positions including mechanical, electrical, civil, manufacturing, industrial, quality, design, and project engineers.
• Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic screening, and coordinate subsequent interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through to offer negotiations and acceptance.
• Establish and nurture a strong network of engineering talent.
• Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain detailed candidate records and progress updates within Applicant Tracking Systems like JobDiva and Ceipal.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience recruiting engineering professionals within the US market.
• Solid knowledge of engineering roles, industry terminology, and job functions.
• Experience working with ATS software including JobDiva and Ceipal.
• Advanced skills in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work according to US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background recruiting for sectors like manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, or energy.
• Understanding of US labor laws and hiring standards.
• Proven negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills.
