Position Overview

Join Plutus Media in the United States as a dedicated UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator focused on producing dynamic TikTok videos. You will be responsible for crafting 30 engaging TikTok videos per month that align closely with client branding, campaign goals, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish 30 high-quality, engaging TikTok videos every month that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate internally to brainstorm innovative ideas and creative concepts supporting client objectives.
• Complete weekly analytics and performance reports for each account managed.
• Submit content for review and approval as per project requirements and adhere to account setup and warming procedures.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and meet all deadlines for content delivery.
• Accurately follow creative briefs and project instructions, ensuring high content standards.
• Handle multiple campaigns concurrently while responding promptly to communications and feedback.
• Incorporate feedback quickly to enhance content effectiveness and actively communicate any issues affecting timelines.
• Participate in weekly account review meetings and contribute to performance evaluations.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience creating UGC content for brands, apps, e-commerce, or direct-response marketing campaigns.
• Ability to consistently meet content production deadlines and manage multiple timelines effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high accountability and reliability.
• Independent work capability with professional communication and responsiveness to feedback.
• Understanding of TikTok trends, platform features, and short-form narrative techniques with keen creative attention to detail.
• Enthusiast for social media trends and content creation, with a portfolio of previous relevant work preferred.
