Communication Responsibilities
Internal Communication: Collaborate effectively with the Manager - Ship Services, the Operations team, and the Invoice team to receive and understand requests and service requirements.
External Communication: Liaise with customers to manage visa processing, ensuring timely follow-up on obtaining accurate documentation related to visas.
Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability
Employees are responsible for their actions and any oversights they commit. They are expected to adhere strictly to established safe work practices, comply with training and instructions, and promptly report any accidents, incidents, or near misses.
They hold the authority to halt work if there are concerns about workplace safety.
