Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Travels Operations Executive to manage and oversee the coordination of both domestic and international holiday packages. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of travel itineraries, liaising with service providers, and supporting customers throughout their travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement various aspects of holiday packages, including accommodations, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements.
- Coordinate effectively with hotels, transport services, and other travel vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare detailed itineraries along with quotations and booking confirmations for clients.
- Maintain consistent communication channels with vendors and travel partners for smooth workflow.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, providing continuous assistance during their travel journeys.
- Keep accurate records of bookings and maintain all operational documentation.
- Troubleshoot any operational challenges while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Additional Information
Monthly salary ranges from 15000 to 20000 INR.
