Role Overview

The Travel Executive will be responsible for various aspects of travel operations including managing sales reports, customer payment documentation, and handling both domestic and international tour packages. This role also involves assisting with flight bookings and travel arrangements for corporate clients and travel agents, as well as providing professional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining detailed sales reports using MS Excel
• Managing customer payment records alongside supporting documentation
• Handling domestic and international tour package arrangements
• Assisting in booking flights and organizing travel logistics
• Processing flight ticket bookings specifically for corporate clients and travel agencies
• Offering professional customer service related to travel inquiries

Qualifications and Skills

• Undergraduate or graduate qualification; candidates with a diploma or certificate in Tourism & Ticketing are preferred
• Good command of computer applications with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of air ticketing and travel package details
• Excellent organization and coordination skills
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong desire to learn and progress within the travel industry
