About the Role
The Training & HR Specialist position centers on improving employee experiences by steering training initiatives and managing compliance programs within a dynamic technology setting. This role is critical for fostering learning, operational excellence, and employee success through the creation of strategic programs and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual onboarding, orientation, and training sessions for new employees.
- Develop and refine training content and onboarding workflows to align with organizational objectives.
- Oversee compliance-related training initiatives including cybersecurity, SOC 2, and CMMC, ensuring precise records for auditing.
- Analyze onboarding success through training structures, surveys, and performance data, delivering actionable insights.
- Partner with IT, Operations, Product, Sales, and leadership teams to organize onboarding and learning activities.
- Administer the Learning Management System by assigning trainings, tracking completion, and supporting compliance adherence.
- Create HR reports and dashboards utilizing employee and training data to guide decision-making processes.
- Assist with HR operational tasks, particularly during busy periods, including recruitment, benefits management, and employee communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data in line with legal and company policies.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or Talent Development roles.
- Proven skills in delivering virtual instructor-led training and designing engaging content using Microsoft Teams, LMS, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience generating reports, dashboards, and evaluating training impact.
- Familiarity with HR operations, onboarding, compliance training, HRIS systems, and confidentiality protocols; experience with ADP Workforce Now is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.
Compensation
The anticipated starting annual salary is between $80,000 and $90,000, distributed semi-monthly. Actual remuneration is subject to experience and other considerations.
