About the trainee programme

What you will do

• Take early ownership in production activities and help create a respectful, motivating team environment.
• Work closely with production management to improve processes and keep production planning efficient.
• Review key performance indicators and derive actions to raise quality, productivity, and overall efficiency.
• Coordinate workforce deployment so production runs smoothly.
• Participate in structured learning modules that support your growth into a leadership position.
• Collaborate with customer service, fleet, and technical teams to ensure strong cross-functional coordination.

Your profile

• You hold a completed degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or an equivalent master-level qualification.
• You are motivated to take responsibility and grow toward a leadership career.
• Ideally, you already have some exposure to production or logistics through internships or working-student roles.
• You bring initiative, a proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.
• You are open to relocating so you can make the most of your career opportunities across Germany.
