We are seeking a Test Lead to join our team, working on client projects based in Qatar. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements and specifications thoroughly to identify any gaps or unclear areas.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies and detailed plans for testing activities.
• Distribute responsibilities and supervise test case design, execution, and defect tracking processes.
• Guarantee extensive testing coverage, including both functional and non-functional test types where applicable.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to uphold software quality standards.
• Manage and lead the software testing teams over multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and professional development support to team members to encourage best practices and continuous improvement.
• Track and communicate testing progress, outcomes, potential risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• A university degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least seven years of professional experience in software testing and quality control.
• Certification in software testing disciplines is considered an advantage.
