Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi involves spearheading new business initiatives by identifying and pursuing opportunities, preparing tender proposals, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to collect technical and commercial information. The key focus includes conducting thorough market research, monitoring tenders and bids, and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a sustainable sales pipeline by identifying potential business opportunities.
- Prepare, submit, and manage detailed tender documentation while ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Coordinate closely with internal operations and finance teams to develop tender responses that align with ATTA Holding’s strategic goals.
- Track tender submissions and follow up on proposals to support contract acquisition.
- Support negotiation processes with clients and engage in contract reviews to secure business agreements.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong analytical abilities to assess tender requirements, pricing strategies, and market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to prepare professional proposals and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Experience in lead generation and market analysis to keep abreast of industry trends in Oil & Gas, Maritime, or Construction sectors.
- Proven experience in tendering, bid management, or business development within relevant industries is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tendering platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Abu Dhabi, managing multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Negotiation, contract review, and stakeholder relationship management skills are preferred.
