Telesales Executive - Lead Generation

About the Role

Pixart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Follow-up Executive based in Bangalore. This position involves managing outbound lead calls, appointment setting, sales coordination, and payment follow-up activities. The role operates from the office with a hybrid work mode, requiring candidates to work Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective schools and potential customers to generate leads.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Coordinate ongoing sales follow-ups and maintain accurate records of all lead interactions.
• Perform payment reminder calls and manage payment follow-ups efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate handover of qualified leads to sales personnel.
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation and follow-up targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer follow-up roles.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage school owners, management, and decision-makers.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, or lead management tools.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve set targets.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Kannada and Tamil is required; Hindi is preferable.
• Must own a personal laptop and have a reliable internet connection.

Additional Information

• Work location: Bangalore with work-from-office requirement and hybrid arrangements.
• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
