Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to handle both incoming and outgoing sales leads. This position involves reaching out to potential customers to promote products, managing communications effectively, and ensuring proper data recording in our CRM. The objective is to meet or exceed sales targets by coordinating with respective store locations from our office in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell our products.
- Accurately log customer interactions and sales data into the CRM system.
- Coordinate lead information with stores to ensure smooth customer engagement.
- Meet sales goals and contribute to overall team performance.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Basic proficiency with computers and CRM software.
- Ability to work from the office and manage multiple calls daily.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this role ranges between 20000 and 25000 INR.
