Role Overview

We are seeking a Service Associate for our Service Centre team. This position centers on delivering exceptional telephone support to guests, ensuring clear, polite, and helpful communication to enhance their experience at our resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide polite, clear, and informative telephone assistance to guests, ensuring a positive interaction at all times.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to guest telephone inquiries to address their needs and concerns effectively.
• Manage guest requests by offering accurate information and liaising with relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Operate the PABX telephone system efficiently to direct calls correctly and maintain smooth communication flow.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to uphold high standards of guest service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in hotel or resort telephone operations, supporting guest communication requirements.
• Strong ability to engage with guests via phone, effectively understanding and responding to their needs.
• Capability to devise customized solutions catering to a variety of guest requests to improve satisfaction levels.
