We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Team Leader fluent in Malayalam to lead our telecalling team based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The role involves supervising the team to meet specific call targets and ensuring quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support the Malayalam telecalling team to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Evaluate call quality, offer constructive feedback, and organize training programs to enhance team performance.
- Manage escalated customer complaints and efficiently resolve client issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Compile performance data and analyze key metrics; share insights with management for strategic decisions.
- Foster a disciplined and positive workplace atmosphere among team members.
Compensation
The monthly salary range offered is between 20,000 and 24,000 INR.
