Overview
We are actively recruiting Telecalling Executives to join our expanding team at Ue Developer, based in Delhi at two locations: Okhla and Badarpur. This role involves engaging with customers over outbound calls, ensuring effective communication and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and manage communication with customers.
- Maintain detailed call records and follow up diligently with clients.
- Professionally address and resolve customer inquiries.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly call targets to support team goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Good command of spoken Hindi.
- Basic understanding of English; fluency in English is not mandatory.
- Exhibit a positive approach and eagerness to learn.
