Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Lucky Fashion is looking to expand its team by hiring an energetic and active Telecalling Executive to work full-time at their Gandhi Nagar / Shahdara, East Delhi locations. The successful candidate will engage with customers over the phone, educate them about various products and services, and strive to convert sales leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to clients based on provided lead data with a respectful approach.
• Clearly explain product features and available offers to customers.
• Address clients’ queries and maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads.
• Record daily calls and update status reports accurately.
• Concentrate on achieving sales targets and ensuring direct conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education qualification: 12th standard pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent Hindi speaking is a must; basic understanding and speaking skills in English are advantageous.
• Must possess strong convincing abilities, patience in listening, and fundamental computer and Excel skills.
• Should have a target-oriented mindset with focus on sales.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging approximately from ₹14,000 to ₹20,000.
