Job Overview
Join Shivay Financial Consultant as a Telecalling Executive based in Delhi-NCR, focusing on outbound customer communication related to financial loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate daily outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided contact list.
- Communicate detailed information about the company's loan offerings, assess customer needs, and verify eligibility criteria.
- Identify interested prospects and arrange meetings or appointments with the sales team.
- Keep an updated daily log of calls and conduct follow-ups diligently.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possess 6 months to 1 year experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales domains.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in Hindi communication, with persuasive and courteous phone etiquette.
- Demonstrate patience and effectiveness in addressing and resolving customer inquiries via telephone.
