Job Overview
Position: Telecalling Executive
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Employment: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to potential clients and vendors, elucidating the products and services offered by ZestRenew.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into viable sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update the customer database within the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Manage customer inquiries effectively by providing timely and accurate information and addressing concerns.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers through continuous follow-up efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Compile and submit daily and weekly reports detailing call activities and their results.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum educational qualification: Successful completion of 12th grade.
- English language skills: Basic proficiency.
- Experience level: Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
