Telecalling Executive

Role Overview

We are searching for an energetic and motivated Telecalling Executive to become part of our dynamic team. This role involves making outbound calls to both prospective and current clients to promote our range of products and services, generate leads, arrange appointments, and cultivate lasting customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers with professionalism.
• Present company products and services clearly and engagingly.
• Generate qualified leads and convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Schedule sales team appointments as needed.
• Address customer inquiries diligently, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM or databases.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and enhance conversion rates.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Collaborate internally to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient verbal communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
• Strong abilities in persuasion and negotiation.
• Good listening skills coupled with excellent interpersonal aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of computers and comfortable using MS Office applications.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a goal-oriented, target-driven environment.
• A positive, customer-centric attitude.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate degree in any field.

Experience Requirements

Preferred candidates possess at least six months of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a BPO environment. However, fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Employment Terms

The position offers a monthly salary range between 15,000 and 20,000 INR. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Pune, Maharashtra.
