Job Overview

Brilliant Education Overseas is looking for an energetic Telecaller to join their team in Qatar. This role involves proactively reaching out to prospective students to inform them about various courses and programs offered by the institution. The successful candidate should possess excellent verbal communication abilities, a friendly demeanor, and the capability to persuade and establish connections effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate phone calls to potential students to share detailed information regarding available educational programs.
• Respond accurately to questions related to admissions procedures, fee structures, and course specifics.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to motivate enrollment and participation.
• Keep comprehensive and precise records documenting all communications with prospective students.

Essential Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Previous experience in roles such as telemarketing or customer service is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal aptitude with the ability to develop rapport over phone interactions.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Understanding of educational programs and institutions will be considered a merit.

Educational Qualification

A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
