Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to both prospective and current customers.
• Clearly and professionally present the company’s products and services.
• Follow up on potential leads and interested clients to nurture relationships.
• Accurately interpret customer needs and supply appropriate information.
• Maintain detailed records regarding calls, leads, and follow-up actions.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives related to calling and conversion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to aid in lead management and conversion efforts.
• Ensure all customer interactions are positive and contribute to a good customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Odia is preferred; basic English communication is required.
• Basic skills in computer usage and smartphone operations.
• Conditions to work towards and achieve calling and sales targets.
• Personality traits including confidence, politeness, and customer-friendliness.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, customer support, or sales roles.
