Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound telecalling to communicate with customers and manage sales follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer records and leads within the CRM system effectively.
• Handle customer queries and negotiate to achieve sales targets.
• Utilize basic computer skills including Email, WhatsApp, and MS Office applications for communication and record-keeping.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in telecalling and sales roles.
• Confidence in managing customer calls and follow-up processes.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations: Email, WhatsApp, MS Office, and CRM usage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service capabilities.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work well within a team environment.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is from 12,000 to 18,000 INR per month.
