Role Overview

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will engage with prospective clients remotely, helping them select personalized fitness and nutrition programs that suit their goals. The position requires a motivated and results-oriented individual capable of managing customer communication effectively to drive enrollments and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to promote fitness programs.
• Assess customers' fitness and nutrition objectives to suggest appropriate programs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain persistent follow-ups with leads to convert prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
• Address and resolve objections raised by clients, confidently closing sales.
• Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in telesales or inside sales roles.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion abilities.
• Strong skills in following up and closing sales effectively.
• Good discipline and time management skills.
• Comfortable working entirely in a remote setup.
