Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tele Counselor to join our team at Pns Visa Services in Chandigarh. The role involves contacting potential clients to provide detailed information about our services, addressing their inquiries, making outbound cold calls, and diligently following up with promising leads to convert them into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients to explain company services effectively.
- Respond to and resolve all client questions and concerns.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate new leads.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with interested clients and successfully close sales to enrollment.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a tele counselor in the immigration sector.
- Strong understanding of Schengen and various Gulf countries is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
