Job Summary
Hyve Solutions is hiring a practical, self-directed recruiter to run end-to-end hiring in Singapore. The position will oversee full-cycle recruitment across a broad mix of functions and seniority levels, while also helping the business scale.
The right person will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable supporting hiring in a manufacturing setting, including roles tied to factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews and offer handling.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs and shape effective hiring approaches.
- Support recruitment for both corporate teams and factory/operations positions.
- Lead large-volume hiring efforts when required, especially for manufacturing-related roles.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future critical openings.
- Coordinate with outside recruitment agencies and help ensure candidate quality.
- Arrange interviews and contribute to a smooth candidate journey.
- Monitor recruitment activity and share regular hiring progress updates and reports.
- Assist with job advertising and employer-branding efforts on different platforms.
- Make sure hiring activities follow Singapore employment regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience across multiple role types.
- Experience supporting hiring in a manufacturing or factory environment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on your own and balance several hiring priorities at once.
- Prior exposure to working with recruitment agencies.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Fluent English and Mandarin are required to work effectively with regional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Singapore hiring practices is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment is preferred.
- A hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented working style is preferred.
