Role overview
This opportunity is for a high-performing Senior US IT Recruiter who can consistently produce more than 50 strong candidate submissions each month while following strict compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and submit 50+ suitable candidates every month for US IT contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire openings.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (RPS) at an advanced level for passive sourcing and Boolean-based search strategies.
- Manage the complete candidate journey in Ceipal ATS, from intake and screening through submission and placement.
- Carry out detailed screening, including document checks and verification of work authorization such as H-1B, OPT, and Green Card status.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines across in-demand technology areas including AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data engineering, and platform engineering.
- Coordinate with US account managers to achieve client targets for speed, quality, and volume.
- Maintain strict compliance standards and avoid any shortcuts or unsupported candidate information.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least 3 to 5+ years of direct experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment, with agency background preferred.
Required capabilities
- Advanced command of LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (RPS).
- Strong working knowledge of Ceipal ATS.
- Ability to consistently deliver high submission volumes of 50+ per month without compromising quality.
- Solid understanding of US visa categories, staffing models such as W2 and C2C, and compliance rules.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in overlap with US time zones.
- Self-driven, detail-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup setting.
