Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Administration Officer to assist our Building Team. This position involves providing essential administrative and technical support to ensure compliance with the Building Act. Key responsibilities include managing consent applications and associated financial records, aiding consent processing and inspections, and maintaining accurate databases. You will also serve as the main point of contact for enquiries both inside and outside the organization.
Candidate Profile
You should come equipped with prior administration experience emphasizing meticulous attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. While experience with Trapeze, Objective Build, Ozone, and Datascape systems is preferred, thorough training will be provided. Familiarity with local government operations and related legislation is a bonus.
