Role Overview
The Tech & AI Integration Officer will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the firm’s core technological infrastructure. This includes designing, implementing, and optimizing internal systems such as the CRM, financial tools, client portals, and data pipelines to ensure secure and accurate data flow. This position offers early to mid-career professionals a unique opportunity to take substantial ownership of impactful financial technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clean, well-documented, and maintainable code prioritizing automation.
- Enhance and build workflows, internal financial applications, client portals, and proprietary CRM systems.
- Create and maintain dependable data pipelines for seamless information exchange.
- Integrate both internal and external third-party systems efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with thoroughness and care.
- Collaborate closely with financial advisors to convert business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Zero to five years of experience in software development, with emphasis on skill and aptitude over tenure.
- Strong programming fundamentals and coding discipline.
- Familiarity with Airtable is advantageous.
- Comfortable working with APIs, data pipeline architectures, and system integrations.
- Basic knowledge of finance and investment concepts is beneficial.
- Experience or exposure to tools like Zapier, Make, Notion, GitHub, or Claude Code is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Friendly and approachable personality conducive to teamwork.
- Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
Compensation and Growth
