Role Overview

The Team Member role in the LIMS department requires expertise in Labware LIMS for managing laboratory operations, documentation, and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently use Labware LIMS to prepare, review, and approve RBE masters.
  • Create specifications and Standard Test Procedures (STPs) using the Labware LIMS application.
  • Oversee inventory management including chemicals, standards, and columns within LIMS.
  • Maintain master records, address operational issues and support resolutions.
  • Manage analyst qualifications and instrument registrations within the system.
  • Identify and ensure timely completion of training requirements for departmental staff.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, out-of-specification (OOS), and out-of-trend (OOT) cases promptly.
  • Administer change control and CAPA processes related to quality control, ensuring effectiveness and timely closure.
  • Evaluate and communicate all revisions to specifications, STPs, and SOPs effectively.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and spot-checks of active specifications and STPs.
  • Compile and manage data associated with Quality Risk Management (QRM).
  • Perform instrument interface activities and support User and Site Acceptance Testing (UAT & SAT).

Qualifications and Skills

  • B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc degree.
  • Strong practical experience with LIMS, especially Labware.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
