Role overview

The Team Leader – Finance will support the department’s efficient day-to-day operations in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate direction and brand expectations. The role is focused on ensuring that accounting activities within the Finance Department run smoothly and effectively while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the finance department in delivering efficient operations consistent with Hyatt’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Oversee the smooth execution of accounting-related activities within the Finance Department.
• Help maintain service quality that aligns with the expectations of colleagues, guests, and ownership.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has a background in finance, commerce, or hospitality/tourism management and thrives in a busy, service-oriented environment. Strong interpersonal ability, a guest-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the capacity to perform under pressure are important. Prior finance experience in luxury hotel settings is preferred, along with the ability to adapt to different cultures and working styles. Good Microsoft Office skills and strong English communication are also expected.
