About the Role
We are collaborating with a prominent law firm to appoint a Team Administrator for their Securitisation division based in London. The role is ideal for candidates having 1 to 2 years of experience in similar administrative positions within legal settings, looking to contribute to a dynamic and well-established practice.
The Securitisation team focuses on property transactions involving a diverse client base, including registered providers of social housing, care homes, charities, and private real estate developers. Projects vary significantly in size, handling developments ranging from a few units to several thousands.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering thorough secretarial and administrative assistance throughout the department, encompassing tasks such as filing and photocopying.
- Handling post-completion registration processes at organizations such as the Land Registry and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
- Carefully reviewing all post-completion documents prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and business development efforts through document preparation and organisation.
- Maintaining precise and up-to-date physical and electronic filing systems and managing archival procedures effectively.
- Monitoring workload and providing consistent updates to the Team Administrative Coordinator and Line Manager.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a comparable administrative role within a legal environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a consistently high-quality output.
- Proficient expertise with Microsoft Word, especially functions such as auto-numbering, bookmarks, and tracking changes, including managing coordination of extensive documents.
- Strong capabilities in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with effective prioritisation and a proactive, self-driven work ethic.
Work Arrangement
This position operates on a hybrid model with two days spent working onsite at the London office and three days working remotely from home.
Additional Information
