About the Role
This is a valuable six-month contract opportunity for a Team Administrator based in Dublin City Centre, with a possibility to transition to a permanent position. The role involves working fully onsite and supporting numerous projects within a reputable organisation in the education sector. You will play a critical part in assisting key business functions and ongoing initiatives under the supervision of the Head of Business Operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support across various business projects.
- Maintain and manage data and information systems efficiently.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and handle diary management tasks.
- Support compliance-related activities as required.
- Organise and coordinate schedules and meetings.
- Engage in diverse operational projects as the organisation evolves.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in project support or a high-level administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Additional Information
The position offers a gross salary of €40,000 per annum. This opportunity provides valuable experience within an established education sector organisation where you can contribute meaningfully to project outcomes.
