Talent Selection Specialist

Role overview

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Talent Selection Specialist to provide high-quality recruitment and staffing support to hiring leaders across the organization. In this role, you will help position the health system as an attractive employer by connecting qualified talent with open roles and supporting both managers and candidates throughout the hiring journey.

You will work with pre-screened, high-quality candidates, build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider community, and coordinate key hiring activities from presentation and selection through offer management, negotiation, final closing, and pre-employment steps.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or another related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and work experience.
• At least 1 to 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Current hands-on knowledge of the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing or lead generation, managing internal and external hiring steps, extending offers, and closing candidates.
• Prior exposure to an applicant tracking system.

Working conditions

This position is based in a normal office setting with limited exposure to noise, dust, and temperature extremes. The role is hybrid and includes day shift work.
