Role Overview

In this position, you will help shape and grow a roster of digital talent by developing strong personal brands, opening doors to meaningful partnerships, and identifying the right creators to represent. The role combines talent management, deal negotiation, brand-building, and strategic thinking with a strong focus on measurable results.

You will work closely with a supportive internal team while managing relationships with talent, tracking growth, and looking for new ways to create value. The ideal person is commercially minded, highly driven, and confident in negotiations, with an existing network in the entertainment and influencer space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and sign standout influencer talent that fits the agency’s standards.
  • Advise talent on increasing visibility, expanding their audience, and strengthening their personal brand.
  • Hit and surpass monthly targets tied to sales, revenue, and retention.
  • Grow current revenue channels while actively pursuing new commercial opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize sponsorships and brand partnerships in the best interest of the talent roster.
  • Create customized branding and social growth plans across platforms.
  • Support talent onboarding and integration into Dulcedo.
  • Collaborate with internal teammates on projects that improve talent success and partnership outcomes.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and meetings outside standard working hours.

Requirements

  • About 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably handling talent directly or working on the brand side through PR or marketing.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage influencer marketing processes to secure strong collaborations.
  • Existing relationships in PR, media, and influencer marketing on the brand side that can support partnership development.
  • Good commercial judgment and the ability to spot promising talent and build connections proactively.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, algorithms, and analytics.
  • Ability to review and redline contracts to protect talent interests and secure favorable terms.
  • Comfort working through fast-changing priorities, deadlines, and market conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with different personality types.
  • High commitment to the role, including flexibility to communicate with talent across time zones and outside regular office hours.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or Marketing is preferred; Law is considered a very strong advantage.
