Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an agency setting.
  • Strong expertise in talent assessment with a focus on behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and securing talent at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience leveraging talent market insights and data to inform decisions.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and situations.
