Job description
Overview
We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate for our HR department at NoBroker in Bangalore. This role requires a candidate with solid recruitment experience specifically within the Real Estate or PropTech sectors. The position demands managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and requires immediate joiners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Conduct candidate screenings and organize interview schedules
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Achieve recruitment targets within set deadlines
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of one year recruitment experience in Talent Acquisition
- Mandatory experience in hiring for the Real Estate or PropTech domain
- Immediate availability to join the organization
Preferred Background
Ideal candidates may have previous experience with companies like NoBroker, MagicBricks, 99acres, NestAway, or similar firms in the Real Estate/PropTech space.
Compensation
The offered salary can go up to ₹400,000 annually along with attractive performance-based incentives.
Additional Information
Applicants without specific Real Estate or PropTech recruitment experience will not be considered. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
