We are representing a partner company seeking a skilled System Administrator based in Saudi Arabia. The position blends hands-on technical help, infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, software, peripheral devices, and IT hardware.
• Handle and prioritize support requests via ticketing platforms like Jira.
• Identify and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, and connectivity.
• Manage device lifecycle processes, including inventory, deployment, upkeep, and replacement.
• Configure and maintain security components such as VPNs, antivirus software, MDM solutions, backup systems, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
• Ensure adherence to internal IT policies, security protocols, and operational standards.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases.
• Support network-related tasks involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and similar technologies.
• Promote IT efficiencies through automation, scripting, and process improvements.
• Assist with user access control, system configurations, and infrastructure management duties.

Candidate Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in System Administration or comparable technical support roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs.
• Experience with security technologies like antivirus, firewalls, backup solutions, MDM, and logging tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting aptitude for hardware and software problems.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
• Basic capabilities in scripting or automation using Bash, PowerShell, or similar tools are advantageous.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy management, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to assist users professionally and clearly.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills suitable for remote work settings.
