ALWEDAD Charity Association for Orphan Care is seeking a motivated individual to develop and implement plans for enhancing financial resource growth at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to the branch's executive plan focused on financial resource development.
• Identify necessary needs and tools for executing the financial resource growth strategy.
• Design initiatives and programs aimed at achieving targeted financial goals.
• Conduct quarterly evaluations of the financial resource plans' effectiveness.
• Establish profitable partnerships by formulating executive plans tailored to the branch's needs.
• Map out entities aligned with strategic and operational objectives.
• Coordinate, communicate with, and host or visit relevant organizations to implement partnerships using approved models.
• Activate partnerships efficiently and monitor their outcomes.
• Engage with business leaders and organizations to secure financial returns.
• Develop executive plans targeting business persons and socially responsible entities.
• Build a comprehensive list of business leaders and organizations responsible for social contributions.
• Schedule and maintain ongoing communications and visits throughout the year to strengthen relations.
• Submit impact reports after receiving support and monitor satisfaction levels of business leaders and organizations.
• Enhance relationships by integrating scheduled communication, project updates, and initiatives with supporters.
• Implement initiatives to improve relationships using clear databases and measure supporter satisfaction through standardized forms.
