Role Overview
We seek a personable and technologically proficient Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure an outstanding support experience through phone, chat, and support ticketing systems. Your primary mission is to help users thrive while embodying our brand with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and effective assistance across phone, chat, and support platforms.
- Identify and resolve technical problems, guiding customers through appropriate solutions.
- Adhere to established support procedures and policies to maintain service quality and consistency.
- Refer customers to self-service tools and resources when suitable to empower independent problem-solving.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions.
- Achieve individual and collective targets aligned with team performance goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in customer success or support roles.
- Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk or Intercom.
- Strong abilities in technical troubleshooting and navigating software applications.
- Clear and courteous telephone manner paired with active listening skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools including Docs and Sheets.
- Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and calmness in high-pressure situations.
- A committed customer-first mindset alongside a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
