Supply Chain Specialist - Tamheer Program

About the Role

This opportunity provides fresh graduates with practical experience in Supply Chain Management, enabling them to support daily operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of procurement, inventory, and supply chain functions within an innovative and fast-paced company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase requests and generating purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers to obtain quotations and monitor delivery schedules.
• Track purchase orders until successful delivery completion.
• Maintain procurement and supply chain records using the ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding stock status.
• Participate in inventory counting and facilitate stock reconciliation.
• Compile straightforward reports on orders, deliveries, and inventory metrics.
• Manage supplier data and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess their supply requirements.
• Organize and file all supply chain related documents systematically.
• Provide support to the Supply Chain Manager with operational activities.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer Program under the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
• Open to fresh graduates motivated to pursue a career in supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is favored.
