Supply Chain Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist to join on a contract basis, working remotely with flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. The compensation for this role ranges between $40 and $50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully examine logistics documents to verify authenticity, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
• Create annotated sample documents that demonstrate best practices in logistics and supply chain processes.
• Assess current supply chain workflows and recommend practical enhancements based on industry experience.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on documentation structure and optimizing processes.
• Work closely with project teams to clarify requirements and elucidate complex logistics concepts.
• Contribute to quality assurance by validating the relevance and accuracy of supply chain data sets.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially involving packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Solid knowledge of logistics workflows, documentation standards, and global supply chain operations.
• Effective communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex technical topics clearly.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing and preparing supply chain documentation.
• Analytical aptitude with proven ability to identify and implement improvements in logistics processes.
• Possession of a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
