Role overview
Zizzi Restaurants is looking for a Supervisor to join its Birmingham team. This role pays £12.92 per hour plus tronc and other benefits. You will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering excellent guest experiences, keeping the front-of-house operation running smoothly, and helping maintain high standards across every shift. The company also offers support for career progression and development.
What the role involves
- Lead shifts confidently and keep both front-of-house and back-of-house teams coordinated so service runs efficiently.
- Coach the shift team to deliver the brand’s customer service approach and make sure guests enjoy a consistently positive experience.
- Support the front-of-house team in creating memorable moments for customers.
- Bring enthusiasm for food to both guests and colleagues, and help ensure every dish leaving on your shift meets the expected standard.
- Take ownership of the restaurant’s presentation and ensure daily operations follow the company’s processes, policies, and guidelines.
- Work closely with the full restaurant team to maintain strong service quality and take pride in the experience delivered to customers.
