Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily running of the business ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor area at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety standards and policies.
• Prepare food items following Subway’s quality and safety guidelines.
• Implement and follow training materials provided in the Subway manual.
• Manage stock levels, including control and replenishment.
• Create an outstanding food experience for customers through quality service.
• Collaborate with management to meet weekly and quarterly performance targets.
