About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome new students and guide them effectively through the beginning of their course experience.
• Provide comprehensive walkthroughs of the learning modules, emphasizing key features and step-by-step procedures throughout their learning path.
• Lead visualization sessions designed to enhance students' clarity, motivation, and commitment to their studies.
• Assess students' goals, learning styles, and expectations to tailor the onboarding experience accordingly.
• Conduct 7-day progress reviews and feedback discussions to maintain student retention, clarity, and drive.
• Engage students through meaningful conversations that foster trust and emotional connection.
• Keep detailed onboarding documentation, execute follow-ups, and analyze student engagement trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Between 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in roles such as onboarding, counseling, teaching, or similar customer engagement positions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to lead discussions effectively and maintain audience engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly build trust and rapport with students.
• High emotional intelligence to support and motivate students, making them feel valued.
• Positive mindset, patience, and a student-centric approach to guidance.
