Job description
Working Hours
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Interview involved parties including accused individuals, victims, and witnesses to gather information.
- Prepare detailed investigation and progress reports based on findings.
- Analyze CCTV recordings and other relevant evidence as part of investigations.
- Work closely with external bodies such as the Singapore Police Force and Ministry of Social and Family Development when necessary.
- Perform individual check-ins with students to monitor and support their rehabilitation journey.
- Maintain frequent communication with parents through updates and scheduled meetings.
- Keep accurate and organized records of rehabilitation activities and incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent vaping, smoking, and other rule infringements within the premises.
- Collaborate with external agencies and Family Service Centres for case management.
- Participate in training sessions as required to stay updated on protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma from a recognized local polytechnic or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills paired with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in report writing and documentation tasks.
