Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position located in Kozhikode entails advising prospective students and their families throughout the study abroad process. Responsibilities cover guidance on course and country selection, shortlisting universities, explaining admissions criteria and timelines, and handling correspondence through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. Maintaining precise records of student profiles and application progress is essential, along with coordination with universities and internal teams regarding admissions, documentation, and visas. The counselor will also provide details on scholarships, financial planning, and career options after studies. Additionally, roles include supporting pre-departure sessions, participating in seminars and events, and aiding promotional outreach to raise awareness of Gradiks’ services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven ability in student counseling encompassing academic assessment and personalized study guidance.
• Strong communication skills in English, capable of confidently liaising with students and families.
• Efficient organizational skills to handle applications, documentation, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Fundamental understanding of international education systems, admissions, and visa requirements for regions like Europe and the UK.
• Customer service aptitude to offer transparent and supportive interactions.
• Competence in using computers, CRM software, and online platforms for tracking and communication.
