Job description
Role Overview
We seek a dependable and proactive Storeperson to become a key part of our Gladstone team. This practical position encompasses a broad range of warehouse duties including receiving deliveries, picking and packing orders, and forklift operation. Ideal candidates are organized, have a good sense of humor, and thrive in collaborative team environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and dispatching orders to customers
- Receiving stock deliveries, verifying items, labeling, and proper storage
- Maintaining appropriate inventory levels and keeping the warehouse organized and tidy
- Providing assistance to both customers and coworkers as required
- Adhering to safety procedures and promoting a clean, well-ordered warehouse space
Candidate Profile
- Prior warehouse experience, especially in receiving, dispatch, or pick and pack tasks
- Valid forklift license with capability in counterbalance forklift operation
- Friendly communicator willing to work cooperatively within a team
- Strong commitment to safety regulations and established operational processes
- Experience with warehouse management or digital inventory systems is advantageous
