Role Overview

We seek a dependable and proactive Storeperson to become a key part of our Gladstone team. This practical position encompasses a broad range of warehouse duties including receiving deliveries, picking and packing orders, and forklift operation. Ideal candidates are organized, have a good sense of humor, and thrive in collaborative team environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and dispatching orders to customers
• Receiving stock deliveries, verifying items, labeling, and proper storage
• Maintaining appropriate inventory levels and keeping the warehouse organized and tidy
• Providing assistance to both customers and coworkers as required
• Adhering to safety procedures and promoting a clean, well-ordered warehouse space

Candidate Profile

• Prior warehouse experience, especially in receiving, dispatch, or pick and pack tasks
• Valid forklift license with capability in counterbalance forklift operation
• Friendly communicator willing to work cooperatively within a team
• Strong commitment to safety regulations and established operational processes
• Experience with warehouse management or digital inventory systems is advantageous
