Store to Home Picker (Nights) - B&Q Cribbs Causeway

Position Summary

Join B&Q as a Store to Home Picker working nights on a permanent contract basis. This full-time role requires 36.75 hours weekly at the Cribbs Causeway location in Bristol. The shift schedule covers Monday through Sunday, operating between 7:00am and 10:00pm.

The role centers on serving customers by efficiently gathering and preparing their purchases for collection or delivery, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Products vary widely, from small items like paint tins to large goods such as hot tubs, so the ability to handle physical tasks is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage confidently with customers face-to-face and via phone, sharing product knowledge to assist their decisions.
• Support a fast-paced one-hour click and collect service, ensuring prompt and accurate order picking.
• Maintain safety and efficiency while handling a variety of products, including heavier items.
• Adapt flexibly to rota shifts including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
